FLASH!!! Vixen finishes 2014 as Canada's #1 Pointer, #4 Sporting Dog and #1 B/O/H Sporting Dog!

Vixen is an extremly stylish and typey girl who has earned the admiration of both judges and breeders around the world.  in December of 2014 she was awarded BOB at the show prior to Ekanuba National by esteemed international judge Mr. Andrew Brace.  To quote Mr. Brace "this was my easiest breed to judge all day.  This bitch was a stand out."

Vixen whelped a beautiful litter of 7 girls in January 2014 and did not start her show campaign until Mid July. In only her second weekend out shw was awarded her first BIS by Ms. Wendy Pauquette.  This was quickly followed up by her second BIS at the largest outdoor show in Canada, The Alberta Kennel Club held at the beautiful Spruce Medows.  This Best was awarded by Mr. Pillberto Arniella of Peurto Rico.

BPIS Ch. Seasyde Sheer Elegance (Am. Ch. Soundne's Ventania ex Am Can Ch. Cookieland's Foolish Pleasure)

Ellis is our foundation bitch and the mother of Vixen  I will be forever grateful to Helene Medeiros of Seasyde Pointers for sharing Ellie with us.  Ellie has one of the prettiest head pieces.  Ellie finished her Canadian Championship quickly picking up Breed wins and multiple puppy groups and a Best Puppy In Show.  She completed her championship by going winners bitch at the Canadian National.  The following year, Ellie was awarded Best of Opposite Sex at the Canadian National

Ellie is pictured winning BPIG on route to her BPIS win.  Many thanks to judge Alan Pepper for recognizing her outstanding qualities.

Ellie enjoying her favorite passtime!!

BPIS Perryglen's Flee Dawg Knight (Am. Ch. Cookieland Itsa Wonderful Life ex Perryglen's Windemere LK, FDJ)

Flee joined us from Perryglen Kennels and is sired by Am. Ch. Cookieland Itsa Wonderful Life, aka Duncan.  Duncan is the litter brother to the incomprable Am. Ch Cookieland Seasyde Hollyberry.  Flee was named by Murray when she was just a baby.  She was just a teeny tiny girl and Murray kept saying "she is just a flee".  The name stuck.  She fooled them all and has turned out to be a beautiful girl wtih an outstanding temperment.

FLASH!! Flee wins the breed twice at Kingston and District Kennel Club AND 2 group 3rds!

The following weekend, Flee finishes her championship, in the regular classes following the Canadian National, by going BOW and BOS!!  Watch for Flee in the Specials ring.

To date she has 3 Best puppy in Group wins and a Best puppy in show.  Flee won her first Puppy group just a few days after turning 6 months, under esteemed Sporting judge, Virginia Lynne.  Flee was also RWB at the Pointer Specialty in Long Sault in September of '08 at just 6 months and a few days.  Flee also has one leg towards her FDJ.

Flee has been retired from our breeding program and is living the life of leisure with Don and Sue Bryson.

KRA's Mmm Mmm Peanut Butter  (Am. Can Ch. Yakityaks Blue Christmas ex Ch. Perryglen's Flee Dawg Knight)

Peanut Butter is one special girl.  She was half the size of her siblings at birth and battled for survival.  She always had an "I'm number one" attitude and despite being tiny made it obvious that she was pick of the litter. At 4 months she contracted a horrible virus that almost took her life.  After two weeks in ICU she finally was well enough for discharge.  It was a long battle back to health but she did it.  PB will always be on the small side but she makes up for it with her beautiful outline, bee sting tail, flawless movement and an outstanding head peice.

Ch. Yakityak's Amore  (Ch. Perryglen's Roger Dodger FDJ, CGN ex Ch. Seasyde Sheer Elegance)

Heart has exceed all our of dreams.  She has had multiple group placings from the classes.  Over 15 puppy group wins, multiple Best Puppy in Specialty wins and was Best of Winners at the Canadian National, following in her mothers footsteps.  Hearts presentation has been shared by both Kyle and his good friend Amile.  More photos to come.

KRA Sheer Maddness (Yakityaks Big EZ ex Am Can MBIS GR Ch Yakityaks Reindeer Games)

Maddy is pictured at 11 months.  We are extremly excited about this girls potential.  This breeding gave us everything we hoped for.  Proper front assembly, beautiful rear angilation, correct tail set and carriage.  Maddy is slower to mature but we are hopeful that she will be able to step into her mothers footsteps.

Maddy is pictured here alongside her mother Vixen en route to winning Best Brace in Group at the Elora Gorge show.
